We worked with Vitus [Computer Consulting, Inc.] to update our "online" training room's personal computers. They not only provided us with advice on how much computing power we needed and recommended models that fit our budget and requirements, they installed the computers within hours of their arrival, made sure they operated on our network properly, and came back a few days later to make sure everything was working properly (and answered for us a lot of basic "annoying" questions about set-up and maintenance). When we encountered unexpected problems with our configuration, they came back and assisted us in making adjustments!
We were all impressed with the results of our upgrade. Over the past five years we have updated the computing power of our training facilities three times, and we've never had so much information provided for us, nor have we had this level of service and support!
